Stopped by to look at some appliances for my outdoor kitchen. They had what I was looking for on display and I was able to take measurements to fit it in my outdoor kitchen. The staff were friendly and my grandfather and I had a great conversation with them. We will definitely return to do business. I recommend this place to anybody.

VERY happy with my new grill and the quality of installation from Ruben and the team. I was replacing an old grill and I wanted the installation to look clean and not like a “retrofit”. I’m extremely pleased with the results and the attention to detail in the final product.

I purchased a home they had recently replaced gas lights on. The people at Tru- Lite have completely ignored the fact the lights have not worked and are avoiding replacing or servicing the lights even after I called 3 times to request warranty services.
They have claimed twice we will be schedules soon , that was over a month ago.
They do not stand by products or services.

We initially met Ruben while ordering a burner and pan for a firepit through our landscaping contractor. The contractor ran off without finishing the job and Ruben has been gracious enough to help us find a mason to help finish. Project isn't done yet, but I'm confident he will help us finish it out. I came across a Instagram ad from Tru-lite and decided to take a chance and reach out to them as I needed our outdoor lanterns cleaned. Booking a service appointment was fast & simple and the ladies on the phone were lovely. Josiah and Adam arrived on time and were kind & friendly. They did a fantastic job making our lanterns look brand new. Thanks Trulite!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Tru-Lite. Chris took the time to answer all our questions and Ashley was helpful in communication & with the quotes. I did shop around to compare prices and found 1 place that was about $30 cheaper. But they did not give us the attention or information like here. So we were more than happy to pay the extra money. Also I’m actually happy that they weren’t pushy sales people. They got me the info I requested and patiently waiting with a follow up every so often. Once we finally made the purchase they called within a few days and were able to get it on the schedule within the week to install. The installer was just as professional.

I always prefer working with local businesses for important items. I decided to buy a higher end gas grill and decided on a Napoleon. I was so happy to find a local dealer to go take a look. After walking in and talking to the folks there I knew this was the place to buy. They hooked me up with a great deal, which included free assembly and delivery. They carry all the accessories and offer a discount on them since I bought the grill there. The delivery was faster than I could have gotten one from a big box AND got free assembly by folks who know grills and not just some random handyman. They set it up in my backyard and I am excited to get grilling. They also have a great selection of fireplaces and fire pits so maybe there will be something else for the yard coming soon. Definitely a great neighborhood business that goes the extra mile to make a customer feel like family.
