This place should be seen a problem. I think that any company who, after picking up the materials and not providing a receipt or purchase info, charges over $650 for $60 worth of inventory is someone I would not want to do business with, ever. If you are open for business and then try to add charges of hundreds of dollars for being at the business, you just might be a scam. Who doesn't provide a receipt? Seems like bad character. No refunds? All sales final? Maybe the place needs to be 'canceled'.

Extremely helpful and friendly! I called looking for one 3/4 piece of all-thread. The man said they were closed, but if I get here soon he'd meet me at the gate with the part I need. I was waiting outside on my bike and it started to rain so he gave me the part for free.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SLIMEBALLS they charged me 710 dollars for 8 1-1/2” nuts and flat washers and called the mark up a “emergency service” and will not even work with me on a price adjustment. Just go somewhere else

NEVER EVER, EVER, buy from these incompetent buffoons...They are idiots. We purchased 1 item from them and it turned into a nightmare. We were quoted one price and when we received the Invoice it was double of what we were quoted. First they added a shop fee that NO ONE was told about. For 2nd day air they were trying to tell us it would be almost 200$. When the manager finally was able to look into it, I was told that it was in the computer wrong and was really only 22$ I had to call back and try to get things squared away but that was between being put on hold 800 times because the manager couldn't multi-task. I guess picking up the phone and talking into it was going above and beyond. It was finally resolved but only because I had to call back and don't worry BE PUT ON HOLD a million times!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not clue how these guys are in business. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with zero fasteners is a combination of other reviews.

Pro:
They are the best when delivering the impossible in an emergency after hours situation.

Con:
They will be VERY overpriced. Just expect it.

The review describing a counter sale with fraudulent charges, seems to be a one sided perspective and could use more details. It would be interesting to see what Zero Fasteners reply is.

This place will over charge, they will not give you a receipt. This place should be called zero customers and zero products. Save your money and anger ,a few miles down the road go to bayou city bolts. NEVER AGAIN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE DUDES. If I could I give them negative stars ?
